Term of payment
- The credit card will be debited upon issuance of tickets
Ticket Delivery
1) If you have choosen to pick-up your tickets at the new Suvarnbhumi Airport. Delivery fee THB. 500.
Tickets will be made available to you at meeting point in Bangkok International Airport.
2) Tickets will be sent to you.
- In Bangkok area ( free of charge) .
- For Other Provinces in Thailand to your delivery address by registered returned receipt express mail within 3 days.
- For Other Countries by SEE EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGE
   
   
Cancellation & Refund Ticket
1) Free cancellation and fully refund on the ticketing date only.
Credit card payment done via Paypal website, refund process take 60 days.
2) After Ticketing Date
A. Unused Ticket [if fare condition is refundable.]
 

Bank Transfer and Cash refund process take about 15 - 20 Days.
Payment Refund amount = Air fare before taxes - Airlines Cancellation Fee - THB. 1000 +Taxes
(normally airlines cancellation fee = THB. 2,000 , please check from our agent again.)

Credit card payment done via Paypal website, refund process take 60 days.
Payment Refund amount = Air fare before taxes - Airlines Cancellation Fee - THB. 1000 - Credit Card extra charge 3 or 3.5% + Taxes (normally airlines cancellation fee = THB. 2,000 , please check from our agent again.)
B. Partial Used Refund. [ if fare condition is refundable] Process take about 60 - 90 Days
